So just so we are clear, you assume anyone who has responded is female, fat, pencil pusher, and has no life. Sounds about like someone who is in the news alot. Great job improving the appearance of Astellas as a female friendly place. In the Weistein era, you nailed it sir. Congrats.

Anyone with legitimate claim should take action. Understandably, it isn't easy to come forward, however, if there is that much of this going on, I would expect to see enough victims with undeniable evidence. If that's the case and those are silent, they are enabling the perps. If there isn't anyone with evidence then obtain it (again, not that hard if this is so common as claimed here) and come forward.

How naive you are. Action was taken and nothing happened.

What action was taken and with what evidence? Can we hear something of substance or do you just like to troll?

Is this what we are really consumed with?! When the goals are high and the raises are low. When a certain division has lacked samples all year. When goals & credit are based on fake prescription data. When prescription data has failed to come in for months. When we have lost hundreds of employees just in the past year. When Northbrook hasn't lost a single job. When our once beloved company has ceased growing. When the promotions have been based on who you know. When the bonus checks have shrunk to an all time low. When the company vehicles suck and cost us even more money. Even after breaking apart a decade long summit club scheme among the Texas managers. Everything mentioned above has been our real #metoo. I don't mean to discredit the victims.

So all of the problems, if all resolved, would no longer be problems. Yet #metoo will still be a problem, as it always has been. So, let's focus on your concerns, shall we? Because my problems are ALWAYS going to be here. And you did discredit the victims, asshole.

This issue is not going away like some around here would like it to. You can do anything you want on the surface to make it look like you support women but many know the truth. Harassment against women in multiple forms is a reality here. What will Astellas do about it? What will our powerful legal and hr leaders do about it? Now is the time to show real change. There are men who need to be removed from employment here and not protected any longer. They know exactly who they are.

Complaining anonymously on a message board gets you nowhere. Call the compliance hotline anonymously and name names.

Actually, complaing anonymously does accomplish something. It lets anyone from outside the company know that yes, there are harrassing pigs here, and that inspite of complaints about this issue, those pigs are still here.
