Dear Reader, Reyonlds finally got shown the door.... after years of poor managment, unpredictable outbursts, abusive language, attitude and behaviour someone at Lilly woke up and saw the continued damage he was doing and personal vendettas he was waging against women and minorities... oops.. that is of course when he WAS working... a rare event in the summer... So in conclusion... they let him have one more summer of fun at the company expense and shipped him in to early retirement. We should all be so lucky... It may be why BE is hanging on so long...
