Mgr leaves handwritten claims always

    Handwritten claims are a no-no still, right? Our manager has instructed us all year to make claims on notes and paperclip them to leave behind, in hopes of drs reading them. I always refused to do it. All the reps have photos of his notes along with sales aids, time stamped. Is this practice allowable now?
