100% spot on. Unfortunately time for true & appropriate cuts to the field.

Spot on! Could not be more accurate with MHS Account managers. Everyone knows their jobs are all smoke and mirrors. If management had each Market manager track EVERY actionable item they did during a month it would be revealed how little they actually do.

As for Oncology reps, most cannot access customers and if these reps were tracked it would be quickly revealed how little they do. Do customers really want to see so many Diabetes reps? Sending in more and more reps will only continue to decrease access to offices.

Lastly, wtf is up with Lilly and Rheum reps? Rheum reps have been "studying" and "prepping" the market for Bari since January 2016! Folks, that NINETEEN months ago! Bari was not approved and could take 24-36 months for additional dosing studies to be presented and approved.

In the mean time, Lilly management is paying approximately 175 Bari sales staff to promote Forteo to Rheumatologists who write only a very small % of the Forteo and bone RX's. Next you will hear management reminding us that the Bari reps are going to help with additional indications for Talz..... when and if that ever happens...

Lilly management's handling of these situations in MHS and the Sales force is a reflection of their gross incompetence and only demonstrates how out of touch they are with today's Healthcare market and needs.

Unfortunately I heard today that we are having another pretty decent size cut all around. Talz salesforce is only one that isn't going to see any cuts.

Blame incompetent upper level management and incompetent team that runs our R&D.

Agree. In light of all the recent "misses" if there are not reductions in MHS and sales, it truly does prove current management's incompetence and ineptness. Stockholders should be outraged if reductions are not made. Why would you keep unnecessary staffing after such product flops? Poor financial stewards of stockholder's $$.

Seriously. What do Market managers do? Our Market managers in Florida do NOTHING and have no impact whatsoever. In fact, no one knows who they are. They have no presence and no one knows what, if anything they are doing! If Lilly is going downsize anyone, they should start with Market managers.

Market manager most over paid with least ROI. We didn't need Oncology Market managers so why do we need other Market managers and RAMS? We don't.

MHS does nothing and if cuts are going to be made, management will show us how stupid they are if they don't cut at least 60-70% of these no loads. They do nothing and have no impact on Lilly business.

RAM's and Market managers r beginning to get nervous as they should be. When you have RAMs and Market managers going away for 3-4 week vacations and others being away because they are in training for months you know the job is not needed. We don't need 85% of these lazy, privileged do nothings so if the company gets rid of anyone, they should be the ones to be let go.

National Account Managers like the guy who calls on Anthem have a license to steal. He probably works one day a week if that!

Once a week? How about once a month or once every two months! I am not joking, if you only knew.

If RAM's can be gone for extended periods for school and three to four week vacations, are their jobs really needed? The MHS jobs are the biggest scam in the company and could be reduced by 80% to 90% without impacting business results. EVERYONE knows this is the truth but don't want to admit because they don't want the gravy train to end. Seriously, document and track what these no-loads do day in and day out and you will know they do nothing!

Stop your complaining. MHS employees work very hard for our salaries that range from $150k to $225k not including bonuses. If we don't get products on payer plans you could not sell them so shut your big pie holes and no more complaining. MHS Market managers and RAM's are the back bon of the company and it would be not good business to get rid of us. We don't need sales people because they are useless and everyone knows they can't see anyone. Btw what do DSM's and AD's do? Get rid of them to.
