Micro managing is here to stay and will increase

Micro managing the business is out of control I agree. Daily forecast calls over Christmas holidays with managers. Not allowed to take off over the holidays. Forced to piss customers off to beg for business. Wait 2 months to get paid on expenses from integra after your managers approval. Constantly being asked for more business even when you are over plan and told you have to do more. Most of the sales force are interviewing. Not a good place to be or good culture who wants to be micro managed.

so what your saying is nothing has changed in the last decade and doesn't appear to change in the near future. I can't argue what your saying...it's the Integra way. It's not a 9-5 job. More like every other day, excluding fridays, never past noon! LOL!
