Let the big pharma tactics begin - an East RD is lying to his reps telling them Corporate is forcing everyone to use the Runzheimer app.

I have no intentions of using it and they can't make us!

it wouldn't matter. That app is the most unreliable garbage ever. It constantly crashes and the user won't even know it until they go to submit mileage...that's if they even look at their monthly mileage.

Agreed with the micro managing, very obvious they are already trying to make budget cuts. Unfortunately this will only push the good ones away, we're already fighting hard enough through legislation and managed care. Last thing we need is stress over a car.

Budget cuts? Do you even work here? They've upped the speaker program budget and they are doing a small expansion with effective territory start dates to be July 1.

You people need to quit bitching and get your asses to work. Your success is only what you make of it.

Runzheimer is a way to track you and how long you spend at each office. The real problem is the quota situation! They came out yesterday and there is s vacant territory that must grow over 200% to make "target bonus"! Good luck filling that one.

Why is the Southeast Manager spot open?

The manager was let go. When you have a team that continually puts up lackluster results, and the manager doesn't make a change in specific territories, then that manager will be let go.

It sucks because the manager was trying to be loyal to the reps. But at the end of the day, this is a business and sales drives this ship.

This isn't just about mileage. ER in Canton told me they want to see a day in the life of a rep.

Tell them to go sit in a Panera.

Wake up management. There are areas of the country where you won't see blockbuster results for many reasons and this manager was proabably smart enough to see that. Changing the rep in these areas isn't the answer! The opioid environment in some areas is worse than others.

Spot on! Has management noticed this is a tough market? It is not going to grow like an nsaid folks!
