Over or under 50 reps leave if coverage doesn't improve with the Migraine indication?

way under. Where will they go? Do you really think other pharma or med device companies want us?

If you leave Supernus because of coverage you might as well leave pharma, or sales for that matter.

Management realizes they have one shot to launch correctly and improve perception, they will be proactive and not reactive. If not then this turd throwing contest comes to an end.

I wouldn't worry about that. It's Upsher, they will probably screw up the settlement as well. No one can figure out their current generic, so having another isn't a concern. It won't be interchangeable with Trokendi anyway and Qudexy is only doing about $10 million in sales so it's not much of a threat.

They are interchanging Trokendi XR now!!!! Of course this will be interchangeable and of course we should be concerned about competing with a generic. You are an idiot!!

No one is interchanging products, you are losing the prescription with the doctor because you can't sell!

Losing the script because I can't sell, how does this statement support itself? Again you are an idiot!!

If you need an explanation of how prescriptions are written and what can and can't be switched by a pharmacist, I think the point has been made about your selling skills and industry knowledge.

May want to see if your position at Enterprise is still open.

When the doctor prescribes that is considered a successful transaction (or sell) by the rep. What happens after that is completely out of the reps control. If these reps aren't up to snuff that falls on Rockville.

the RD replying must of been put on a gag order. If we suck at selling then maybe it's a result of our leadership. They'll never look in the mirror and admit they make mistakes and just blame the field. Just keep pulling the sheets over your head cause your naive to this industry.

Listen slacker, you have penetrated less than 2% of the topiramate market. Come April, you better be able to move product and gain share quickly.

Having the migraine indication removes one more excuse for your feeble results. Get it done or you are gone!

This anti rep narrative is getting old, for the past few years we have been told not having migraine means nothing, that's not an objection, now sell through it. Now this is a game changer? We don't trust you anymore! The success of this product post migraine starts with you not the field.

As a fellow Rep, ^this Rep needs to stfu. You make no sense. In the same post, you call for leadership to be accountable, WHILE BLAMING LEADERSHIP FOR YOUR OWN PERFORMANCE. "the success of this product post migraine starts with you(leadership) not the field." That's the most rediculous thing I've ever hear! Is it your RDs job to come drag you out of bed, dress you, put you in the car, and carry you into a doctors office? Seriously bro, or broette, send the resume out. Not even trying to be mean but with your cry baby entitled attitude, we don't need you around here.

It does start with them! If the only change in our CVAs is the colors used with migraine printed on the PI that won't be enough!!

Holy shit you candy ass! A new CVA? Seriously? Why don't you go back to selling wine or whatever you used to do before coming here. You should be able to sell with nothing more than a PI.

You speak as if you are certain you know who you're talking to. Just proves my point of what type of clowns are leading this ship. Think you know it all but don't have a effing clue. there are RDs that never grew their business above 4% and they are trying to lead teams. They are simply "YES" puppets and don't have a mind of their own. Everyone sitting and waiting for the new indication thinking it's gonna change everything is simply lying to the themselves. The indication will only benefit the people who truly know how to sell. Most people think modeling the supernus was is the only way, but you need to take your training wheels off and be who "you" are, not what they want you to be. Supernus should appreciate where they are right now with the value they've gotten from the reps. Reps that came from enterprise, beverage companies, food companies, and etc... starting wages around 55-60k and you "reps" (good and bad) have built a profitable company. There's no doubt that people here chug the Supernus Koop aid, but don't get caught up in the bullshit bullying tactics. It's just poor management who don't know how to LEAD.

Just curious if there's ever been a blockbuster drug that just had a PI to support it. This statement proves how out of touch mgmt is to this industry.

This is detrimental to patients, reps, and shareholders.

Here is how uneducated you are:

    1) a blockbuster drug by definition is over $1 billion in sales which I believe your miserable ass is far from.
    2) many drugs both biological and small molecule have been supported by nothing more than a PI for longer than you have been out of diapers.

So quit bitching and making excuses and get out and sell. If you want to play spoiled brat, go home to mommy and daddy.
