Ladies, don't be intimidated by this guy! Named in a sexual harassment suit while at Teva. Was let go at Teva a year ago or so. If he tries any fishy business, don't be afraid to report it and lawyer up. Worked for Chris Carney while at Teva. They had a lot of laughs those two. Disgusting they are together again IMO! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
It’s amazing to me how leaders in this industry cover for each other, hire incompetence or bad behavior. I have been unemployed for two years and my greatest sin was that I left a company after many years of employment because the new head of sales was so toxic he actually had managers lie about people to get rid of them. He lasted 8 months in the job and the company disbanded the entire sales force within 6 months after I left. My last ranking was the top 25% nationally. Yet we have this kind of thing going on? There is something very wrong with this industry, very wrong. Very sad.
Looks like this guy’s been unemployed for about a year and half. Hmmmm. Based off the Teva Respiratory board this guy sounds like a real heal. Great hire ASSfield! Wonder if HR was aware of his track record? Chris Carney was.
sit back and take note folks of all the future new hires Fish places in his region. My bet is that 99.9% of them will be female and caucasian.
Now this is a little unfair, Mike definitely loves to hire attractive women (except for Manager and above) and sexually harras them but they don't have to be white as I personally saw him fingerblast one of his favorite reps who was Persian at a Holiday Party in NorCal 10 years ago. He also had a Latina sitting on his lap at more than 1 meeting but his preference is definitely white.
...because even the HR people at Ashfield will be fired by their own Head of HR if they say anything. It's a culture of threats and intimidation mixed in with a little harrassment so the few men at the top can collect their incentives. They do not care at all about anyone. It's a low rent biz.
Ashfield HR could contact Mike Fish's manager at Teva. He would tell them of Mike's inappropriate behavior with women (and alcoholic crazy behavior). I believe he was the person who fired Mike Fish. This Regional manager is still working in the industry and lives in Texas. Ashfield HR should fire MF before he approaches more women sexually and gets Ashfield sued for one boatload of money!!!
Reps who spoke out against treatment by Mike Fish at Teva were suddenly and mysteriously laid off. He does retaliate. Absolutely.
