Mike love

Mike is a straight shooter. And apparently some people can’t seem to handle that. He simply doesn’t tolerate laziness or people with shit attitudes. He may seem abrasive but he’s a good guy. It’s messed up what’s being said about him. Prob coming from some idiot who doesn’t even work at dsi anymore and is still unemployed

 

Why is he working with every single rep in his region these days ??

 

RD's are doing their due diligence in anticipation of the upcoming layoffs. They will be deciding who to keep and who to cut.

 

Seriously? The reason is because he was told to do so. There is little to no decision authority in DSI or PHARMA these days. It starts with a bright idea by one RD or VP to address a crisis. RDs are then all told to ride with the reps or some other piece of crap idea.

It derives from a lack of real empowerment of lower level leaders to solve problems and motivate people. This essentially derives from a basic mistrust of every subordinate from the top down with idea that no one will do "the right thing" for the business. The result is micromanagement that drives the good out, promotes those ineffective leaders that manage process and crush motivation (i.e...Staci B), and shelters the very poor sales people whom hide behind the most benign metrics. Then the company implodes and must recreate itself.

 

Agreed. Mike L is more than good. He should have RLs job. RL and KK are the problem. Weakest leaders I️ have ever seen

 

If we could get rid of KK and RL, DSI would have a chance to improve the company. These two have made bad decision after bad decision. That would include banging EE and then promoting her, getting rid of Platinum Performance, Hydexor, Morphabond, Savaysa, etc. Time for these two clowns to move on.

 

If that happens what would all the HO "girls club/groupies" do. Waddle the best they could in the crotch grabbing pants and heels and chase after them or, roll the dice and hope the Japanese are so stupid they can't hire a real GM for the 3rd time in a row.
