Millennium Health settling with feds for $275 million

Bloomberg has a story about them today: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-09-24/millennium-health-said-negotiating-bankruptcy-before-settlement

Looks like they're going to settle for $275 million with the feds, and the owners of the company are going to pay most of that. Not sure if that'll keep the feds from going after the owners for fraud, but they can try.

Then, they're going to declare Chapter 11. Not sure what this means for them going forward.
