1) Stop the company from cooperating with the various government entities
2) Rescind his/Bill’s clawbacks
3) Get Bill and Chris a salary because they are unemployable

It turns out MiMedx leadership has been unethical after all and the short sellers were right, at least in part. The MiMedx employees who drink the Kool Aid so much that they bought stock on the way down in the fall are in a really bad spot. I feel badly for their families. This thing just won’t recover without a capital restructuring. And commercial reputation is damaged to a degree that it will just be hard to overcome. Just another dehydrated amniotic graft, nothing special. Oh well.
