So let me get this straight, you should be hired based on the color of your skin (minority) and / or gender/ and or age (they want the young ones now).

Gezzzz I would be insulted to be handed a job based on the color of my skin or gender ... NOT because the hiring manager actually believes in my qualifications and skills.
