Don't do it.....meaning don't give anymore additional info. There are many evil people out there waiting to rip you to pieces.....check out the "Hygiene to Sales" post. Perfect example. Unfortunately, they have nothing to do when the sun goes down.

 

Heard this company was doing well from industry guys. Why all the cryptic posts? Does anyone have any info?

What is the commission structure? Hear this company is low on the scale

 

You get paid to sell. If you sell and exceed your quota, you can make a lot of money. But it is VERY territory dependent.

 

Company blows. Worst commission structure in the industry.

 

You can't make quota at this piece of shit company. They just changed commission structure again to benefit the company!!!! Ugggghhhhh they pay 2% on sales if you don't make quota. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

This company is definitely a joke. There's a reason they hire office supply reps with no dental/medical experience to sell dental implants, the most clinically complex product line in dentistry.

 

Numbers are great. Why a joke ?

 

That isn't how it works. But they do pay from dollar one, something many other implant companies don't do.

Really...you idiot. Let's say you have a 1mm territory. You make 20,000 in commission at 2% for a year. Oh yeah lets throw in an extra 5k for the hell of it because you made quota for a qtr. Maintaining a territory of that size and making less 2k a month in commission is insane. WTF

 

Again, as I've already told you, that isn't the comp plan. If you work for MIS, you need to re-read the email. If you don't, your source is wrong.
