Prosecutors charged Rochester Drug Cooperative and its former CEO with drug trafficking charges.

These are tiny companies compared the the market share MNK had.

Will anyone from MNK face charges? We’ll see. I wouldn’t want to be a current or past MNK executive with any connection to pushing opioids on victims.

So fool, mnk sold generic opioids, they "pushed" nothing, nor do any generic manufacturers drive demand, influence prescribers, or anything else. As for opioids, the federal govt sets the manufacturing limits for each company, and those limits were not exceeded. Unless you have proof that somehow mnk was diverting opiods from the normal supply chain, and illegally selling them on the black market, you really need to learn of what you speak.
