Want the truth? Utilize a third party company and provide anonymous links so employees can fill out surveys without fear of retaliation. Many of us have bullies and asses for RBD's and will never post the truth until we know for sure it is anonymous.

Agreed. This company can't be trusted. You can't even go to HR and it be kept silent. We are not sure why they are doing this survey outside of making themselves look good. The results won't be true.

Surveys are actually used against employees. Ever get an email thats says you haven't completed the survey yet?

Sage did a great job of representing themselves as a forward thinking, hip company. Thats not the case here. They don't want to hear the real truth. My manager is a maniac and if its bad now, I can't imagine what it will be like at launch. If they only knew how many people were looking for new jobs, they would be in shock.

such a shame we were made to think this would be a better model. Meet the new boss...same as the old boss. Unfortunately, I've seen this movie over and over now.

    Direct citation from SurveyMonkey website:

"The first thing to know is that surveys are set up by a survey creator and not by SurveyMonkey. SurveyMonkey provides the tools for creators to configure their surveys how they want. This includes allowing them to collect strictly anonymous responses, or to choose to identify their respondents."

This company is not to be trusted. Do not trust your DM. Do not trust your RBD. Do not trust HR.

The survey doesn’t even ask anything about our fulfillment or what could be done to make life more tolerable at Sage. Just questions like ‘how are you going to help make the leader succesful’. Um, ok this is progress. NOT! Come on- let us rank our RBD’s performance and cut the bad eggs bringing down this place!!

Exactly! The results will be fabricated and revealed as positive public relations.

Can't answer them honestly regarding how you feel your RBD is. Our RBD is terrible, but if you were to say something, it would end up being a witch hunt against yourself. What a shame. In the Sage environment you can't be honest, you're easily identified through these surveys, and the retaliation would be severe. HR department is crooked here.
