The culture has shifted so quickly. Don't talk about maintaining the culture - it's gone! It was be fun to come to the office and work with others who enjoyed the work and team. No longer. It's too quiet, WFH or heads down wishing to be somewhere else or counting days. The moral to the morale issue - too much change and the wrong people changes puts your emplyees and business at risk.
