Is that surprising?? You do realize this is a stepping stone job. NO CAREER- nor is it designed as such. They want to fill as many Evzio and Avi Q as possible, in as short of a time as possible- push them out the door. They have investors that need to be paid All smoke and mirrors- and bad mirrors at that - Reps have caught on to the scam- good luck
No employee will EVER exercise a stock option because turnover is expected and wanted. Reps are commodities at best and all immediately replaceable. Turn and burn baby.
