Heard there is a definite next round of layoffs. This layoff will be much bigger.

Sounds ominous, is it company wide or a specific area?

Probably everyone due to the JV team known as Mission leadership. The accomplishments are so vast, there is no way to list them all. Let's just focus on recent events for now.

    1. The specialty team has 50 million products that we carry which only brings a glazed over look from physicians and ruins credibility. What rep in the history of pharmaceutical sales has had to carry this many freakin' products? Don't get me started on our bonus plan.

    2. The womens health team is focused on primary care and not on the obgyns which are the backbone of the company. This just leaves the door open for competitors to sweep in, increase frequency, and steal their business. Yeah, you should focus on doctors that are leftovers and have no potential. Genius move.

    3. The urology team is "relaunching" a failed product and is in complete disarray. Meanwhile, the company is promoting a competitor to Uribel, and sales are declining for field sales. Don't worry though, sales ops will inflate your number but will compensate for that inflated number somewhere else. Numbers looking good=positive sales force morale! Go urology!

    4. The primary care team is launching a product during another 2 product launch (yes, really) and is also in complete disarray. Again in case you didn't believe what you just read-3 products launched at the same time. Most importantly though, get the pharmacies stocked-because wholesalers will never see through the purpose of the stocking initiative! Sneaky Mission!

    5. Alamo is struggling, as it's reputation has diminished due to several failed partnerships with other companies. They have failed to deliver promised results more this year than ever. Hey, but at least all of your pictures look professional on the Alamo pharma page. That is most important.

    6. (Ill finish later, but feel free to contribute in the interim.):D

    Outsider Question:

    Did you have layoffs?

This was posted on Oct 3 "Heard there is a definite next round of layoffs. This layoff will be much bigger".

I don't recall hearing that you had a round of layoffs.

I know several reps in the Derm division who have left because of so many frustrations.
