Were there more layoffs recently? How many got the axe this time?

There should be even more layoffs now that our big investment in Iphones for our physicians just became last generation technology. Another great call by the ImpactRx brain(less) trust.

Our big loss at Pfizer won't help much either

I guess the people who thought the loss of Randy was no big deal are singing a different tune. But I'm sure Rich has come up with a great plan to fill that revenue hole......more layoffs! Maybe more Iphones to more docs so we can make up the loss of all those details that disappeared this year! How about another new logo! The real problems is Rich and the other MC members have no vision and no idea how to fix the problems.

Dave Stephens is leaving the sinking ship. He's been here eight years. It's a bad sign when good employees leave.

And these data partnerships make us data collectors for our competitors. Brilliant!

Agreed. Dave is a talented stand-up guy who knows what he is doing. Him leaving Impact is a sign that there is no hope or future under the current management team. Maybe if they brought in a new CEO and management team things could be turned around....who knows

Correct but I have to agree with a previous poster, the board must have given up on this company. They pumped a little money into it last year to keep from having to write off their entire investment, exposing a big hole in their balance sheets to the funds investors.

It is a shame. I believe there is still hope for this company but it needs new direction, not a new logo or worthless data partnering agreements. The current management has proven unable to provide this new vision but they are good at keeping the company limping along. So we are stuck with a board that won't change things either for fear of a total meltdown, stupidity or just lack of caring and with management who can do little more than keeping up a charade in order to keep their job.

There are jobs out there for good people. Stephens found one. Unfortunately the company will continue to bleed talent as more and more people realize the situation it is in.

Rich bullies people because he doesn't have the brains to put together a compelling argument for his directions (there usually isn't) nor does he have the personality to win people over. The only thing left is for him to pull rank and push people around.

Where is the board in all of this? Don't they see that the senior management is not equipped to run this type of business? That sales are slipping due to lack of product innovation, increasing data quality issues and good people not choosing to be chewed up and spit on? They must have really written this business off to turn such a blind eye to what’s going on.

It could be worse. You could be working for TRX. Talk about sinking ship...

The pharma industry/economy has certainly contributed to the challenges but nor is it a coincidence that revenue has gone backward since Greg, Bob, Randy and John left. Prior to that the company had never not grown other than a 1 year recovery from the first ceo. Jill and Dean and a few others have been able to keep the wheels on but how long til they are overcome, or bail out themselves?

That's a surpising statement considering there has been over 20% growth at TargetRx in 2009, and again in 2010

Very dynamic organization, and a great place to work...with not one person leaving or being laid-off, in fact, we are growing - TargetRx enjoys great respect from the marketplace, as well

Please get your facts straight in the future - it's what good market research is all about...

Wasn't Dave a former Margraf Award winner?

Dave Stephens was an asshole too. At least with Randy you knew if he didn't like you. Randy was good at letting you know whether or not you had his respect. You knew where you stood with him but Dave trashed talked pretty much EVERYONE behind their backs. He is brutal at cutting people down when they are not around and then acting all chummy with them. Wolf in sheep's clothes. Good riddance to the fake "good guy" poser! Learn some integrity in your new job and maybe you will be able to get farther. Unfortunately, Dave isn't the only fake person at ImpactRx either. The company breeds assholes of this caliber. Often times what people say to your face and behind closed doors are two entirely different things. The company will be better off if more people like Dave leave.

It seems you are accusing Dave of being the type of guy that would anonymously trash a coworker on a website. How about you look in a mirror you hypocrite? I've never heard Dave speak badly of anyone who didn't deserve it. And if you think the company is better off without him wait until the next time someone needs an answer quicker than the eight weeks which seems to be what you 'stand up' guys need to do anything.

Whoa!!! Dave is a great guy! WTF are you talking about? I loved working with him and would do so again in a heartbeat. He gave Irx way more than Irx ever gave him. It was amazing he stuck around as long as he did.

Hey maybe you're just pissed off because Dave is smart and talented enough to find a new gig while you are stuck in that stinkhole with all those other 'assholes' as you like to call your coworkers. Sucks to be you!
