The turnover in last five or ten years has been 5700%. You geniuses think that is a coincidence????!!!!!!!!!????????
Are you 80 years old? This isn't the generation that works somewhere for 30 years and gets a gold watch at retirement. The average salesperson jumps jobs every 3 years. There was a huge jump-ship event in 2016 after the Philidor scandal and tons of new companies coming into eye care recruited people away. But since then, the turnover has come back to normal range and some of the people that left came back. Says a lot. Yes, things could be better but take a look around at other boards. It could be a LOT worse. Add in the Covid situation and.....you should just count your blessings.
