Most unprofessional organization I have ever worked for......

hands down- no class- bunch of 'nice' people in Minnesota that have no clue as to what is happening in the field at the distribution centers and the regions outside the 'midwest'. Size and scope of the company has grown far beyond the owner's and senior management's ability to manage- they have no clue- should sell or hire real professional management to run it and get out of the way-

...and the incompetent buffoons in field managment act like they are something special- particulary KE in Lakeville- flirting with the incompetent/inexperiened female RM he hired - sickening. She had the audacity / idiocy to actually tell an applicant that they were not hired, because they hired 'someone younger and cheaper'- wish the dude had a recording of THAT, would be a nice lawsuit! Couldn't happen to a more deserving person....

 

i cant believe this place still brings in money. everyone has worked for midwest once or twice in their career, they take anyONE!!
