Motion in BK court accuses Dendreon Board of shielding themselves from liablity

    A lot was said in that motion, most of it conclusory statements unsupported by much of anything substantive. I am sure Dendreon will file a reply asking them if they want some cheese to go with that whine.

    When you file a motion with a court it helps if you spend at least part of the time focused on fact, rather than innuendo, insert an analysis of how the law, whether statutory or case law, applies to the matter at hand, and actually file the motion within the deadlines set by the rules of civil procedure.

    Maybe next time.

    The death knell for that motion is that it is a fact that at least 1 share (and likely 100's of thousands more) that are being represented by that Donahaue Group were bought POST bankruptcy. This was after the company warned people not to buy the stock. IMHO those people should be looked at as people who bought shares under $1 and are looking to make a quick buck possibly fraudulently. When did ST buy his shares?
