Moving to manhattan what to do with my car?!

I'm looking at Morningside/west Harlem to live possibly but I don't think the company allows us to expense overnight parking. What do reps living in manhattan do with their cars? Do u guys just cover it yourself? Or do u live outside of manhattan and drive in to work it?
If u do live here... What are the more car friendly neighborhoods to either find street parking or more reasonable garage monthly parking?
