    D. E. Z……. Is this what you imagined deployment to be? You should be ashamed. You’re showing your age, as the biz has changed, more importantly you don’t understand the customer we are engaging with.
Pack up your ego, your snake oil and go wreck another company. Your pathetic.

This entire ABS is a joke and a waste of time. Plus the new comp program and crazy high goals. Will get people to leave. Dez has to go.

New comp plan is abominable! With less access, managed care and rebates driving purchasing decisions, vials and syringes or biologics going to injection centers/specialty pharmacies in other reps territories, incorrect data on a regular basis, we are weighing performance heavier than I have ever seen it! Those of us who have been here awhile have seems these types of comp plans come and go, with vacant territories winning presidents club. For those of you who have not been here very long - look out. Your IC world is about to be rocked.

He has an extensive track record in pharma for destroying organizations. Do your homework, and you will find his pattern of behavior at other companies.

Hey Novartis.. we all know you love, sports analogy, particularly with your marketing campaign nonsense… Here’s one for you….

So let’s pretend Novartis owns a baseball team. Your current management crew of that baseball team has lost the team and the entire locker room bc of band management.

A responsible baseball teams owner knows they have talent on the field (proof $5B this year with Entresto) with a failed management crew. What does a baseball team owner do?

They Oust management… bringing a new crew and rejuvenate the team… Remember, you did this with A. Alaimo when the previous sales management team nearly wrecked Entresto, and that entire launch….

what’s different now? your management crew is an abysmal failure.

Please act and do the responsible thing. It’s not the fields problem. It’s not the medicines problem because they are great. Your management crew in the US for cardiovascular sales is beyond horrid.

Spot on accurate. So why are these incompetent fools still here? What are they waiting for? The entire cv franchise is in shambles. It was bad before the reorg, and it’s clearly worse now.

My guess is that they all voted yea, signed on the acquisition to purchase the Medicines Company for Leqvio all the way to the top, Vas too (M. Ex lot the fuse n ran). so they are all tied to this debacle.

they admit failure, they all go. So they are in bunker mode n know the clock is ticking.

It’s us Vs them… they are currently inflicting pain right now if you have not noticed. It’s all they have left. We can wait them out.

Wall Street doesn’t even know how operationally deficient particularly the CV unit is, nor what a catastrophe Leqvio is… they sold wall street a $#, will hide w massive Entresto sales and their $1.5B in cost cutting, and divestment of other units (sandoz, Alcon)… the the balance sheet on debt looks ok’ish to the stree, but it’s all shifting of $ and a lie. House of cards.
    Typical for here.

FYI…. I’m shorting NVS n gonna get a nice payout.

She’s already been promoted - while most of us bust our asses to get to a higher level she’s become an AD

That is disgusting. Not only isn’t she qualified for the position but you are supposed to live in the territory. Arizona is not in So Cal. SHAME on them. I’m sure there were more qualified candidates.

What a joke he is. It’s all he knows how to do. He is so far removed from the realities of the field. It’s not even funny. like they say, to those who are only taught to use a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.

Nepotism. Some people call it the boys club. Happens every day in business on every level in every company.
