One need not apply if do not have Oncology and or Urologic Oncology experience. Look at experience of managers hired, mainly oncology. Sucks but is trend of start up companies in the pandemic.

 

Any have interviews yet or know what the IC will be? It’s a waiting game right now.

 

They have hired some experienced people at HQ yet they behave like it's there first rodeo. Zoom interview for 10 mins and the interviewer then had "technical issues" and had to hang up and continue via phone. Did the same thing to a friend and colleague who interviewed. Pretty lame way to take a look at a candidate and determine their age. Not overly impresssed

Can confirm requirements. I have significant specialty and rate disease experience but no oncology. Was sent an canned “so sorry” email within a couple days of applying.

 

At least you got an email rejection. They typically Ghost candidates

 

What’s the deal with this company? Good salary?

 

Receiving an email rejection means they really don’t want you.

How many more times are they going to post for Regional Sales Directors without hiring any? Looks like they are just buying time and trying to keep their stock price inflated in hopes of a buyout. Doesn't look like they are serious at all.

 

It’s a weird weird company and culture. I think they are dragging their heels in hopes of a full buy out by Pfizer. Either that or the hiring managers can’t make a decision
