It's cheaper for PG to settle an "undisclosed amount" rather than pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in a 4-5 year court case.

 

This may be a ++ for PG for legal fees but it changes nothing about PG's ability to sell their BRCA tests in a crowded field where nearly every other player has commercial insurance coverage.
