You couldn't have said it any better. I agree with you completely. This company have unprofessional managers throughout the country. I am considering letting HR know my thoughts as well. Maybe if they heard from us, they would know how rude their managers are.

I had the same experience years ago. I had a F2F with two women--ran into one of them in the restroom after IV and she said I did great and chatted me up. We emailed back and forth--they hadn't made a decision yet blah blah blah and then never heard from them. I got a different job that week which turned out to be great. I was just looking around on boards tonight and thought it was interesting how many people have had an experience like this with Myriad.

I'm in the West and had the same run around experience. No one likes a liar and no one likes being told that they are being moved forward in the process and then having the ball dropped, with no further explanation, no return calls, zero. Unprofessional is almost too good a word.

What I even more despicable however, is the filthy remark above, obviously from an employee here, telling the OP to "Lick my....". What kind of a mind even remotely thinks to make that sort of statement. Never mind the utter lack of compassion for the job seeker who is going through hell as it is, but to make that sort of disgusting guttter mentality remark is the strongest reason on here, not to want to have to work with with people who would hire such a person. Talk about mental. Do they have a genetic test that they could use to screen out mentally ill people? If not, I strongly suggest they develop one and test all personnel, starting with managers.

For those of you that have recently joined the Women's Health expansion, what is the salary range being offered? And does it depend on experience? I am IV and have several years experience in oncology and 18 years in the business. Appreciate honest feedback.

Can anyone answer the previous post about compensation/salary?

    I was offered $59K

Declined due to low salary and poor auto reimbursement.
The hiring process is an exercise in patience & futility.

I was offered 67K. Target bonus was 30K. I have less than 5 years in pharma sales but other experience. I liked the company a lot but did not accept the position. I figured you would come out ahead on the car reimbursement based on the numbers that I ran.

The interview process was long and tedious but who cares. Play the game.

there is no car allowance! it's mileage based. 50 cents / mile. won't even cover the cost of your car insurance and gas if you're in a metro area and don't drive far.

I am surprised to read this and see that they have not changed their hiring process in over 2 years. I was contacted by a recruiter regarding a position. I sent her my resume and she stated that she sent it over to the hiring manager. The recruiter was as frustrated as I was when, after a week of her emailing and calling the manager, he didn't email her or call her back. The recruiter then contacted the Human Resources department and was told that if the manager does not call the recruiter or the candidate, then they are not interested.

Go to Labcorp. They provide you with a company car and base salary ranged is from $75K - $95K depending on what you bring to the table. Commissions. I use to get about $8 -$12K per month, and some of the experience reps made $20K - $30k per month about 3 or 4 times out of the year. With that said, stress city at LabCorp
