It's funny how upper management pretends they only want ZZs on therapy but yet goals go up when the only people actually making goal are the ones that have PCP docs putting MZ patients on therapy. It's embarrassing to be part of this organization and that is why many good people have left over the past few months. Cannot wait till the whistleblowers expose this place.

Pulmonary isn't the only unethical division of Grifols. The whistle blower filed a suit for off-label marketing of the antithrombin drug, Thrombate III.

 

Former SSR here. OK, here is a good analogy, remember the "Juiced" MLB homerun race from 10 years ago. The excitement, the big numbers. Well, the SSR's hitting it out of the park, are juicing their numbers by "off label". Plain and simple, give $$$ and trips to those who get big numbers, give them trips onto the stage, prizes,etc. Don't be surprised when "wink, wink, nod, nod" leads to this. The company could stop it in a heartbeat, but why not???? Just follow the money.

 

It's time to gather together and celebrate the reps who have done the best job of getting off label patients on therapy. Years of corruption by a handful of reps have lead us to where we are with the IC plan but management only cares about the money and not the patients. Corrupt and only getting worse.
