How is this remotely possible. She single handily destroyed hundreds of lives in the US and Europe by leaving them hanging with neurostimulators placed in them and no operational plan. Now she Chief Operations Officer? Luck of the Irish.

    You must be confused.

O, get over it please and move on!

No, pretty sure she ran her last company into the ground at high speed.

She knows nothing about Neuromodulation or the players. Good Luck with that!

Neither did Rami, and look what he accomplished! Nevro is next level and everyone else is just jealous.

If knowing nothing about Neuromodulation leads a company to 15-20% share growth in 3 years, let's hope that Naimh is even less familiar!

True, Rami was good, but Nevro would have never taken off as quickly as it did without the all the seasoned, sharp, competitive SCS reps that X brought over. So yes, you DO NEED TO KNOW something about the market your going to be the commercial leader in, much like X did :)

How many of those seasoned, sharp, competitive SCS reps that X brought to Nevro have bailed out of that shitshow, just like he did?

Yep, many bailed including X....but only after they all made a lot of $$ and were credited with building a $300MM business and doing it at the expense of BSC, MDT and ABT. Anything else genius?

No doubt that X and the sales team disrupted the market and made Nevro a legitimate player in SCS, but it was achieved in spite of Rami’s hubris and autocratic “leadership”. If there is any doubt, just look what happened to the NVRO share price between the time X ghosted and Rami got canned. The Street figured out that churning through sales reps (and VPs) was slowing growth and allowing the incumbents to regain their footing.

Damn shame. Under different circumstances, Nevro might have actually become the transformational company we all thought it was going to be.

i have to say, well stated and follows logical rationale. A recent UBS report suggests that the SCS market will remain flat in ‘19 and the biggest loser will be Nevro with negative growth trajectory. No longer a viable acquisition target given the studies validating success in “low high frequency” outcomes. Saluda and Axonics appear to be well positioned to take all the focus once approved. What’s taking so long, anyone have insight?

The shame was/is, sales mgmt played 2nd and 3rd fiddle to Marketing and Clinical. Marketing and Clinical called the shots and seasoned field reps that initially came on realized this was a mistake. Sales mgmt was powerless and the folks in the field new it. Not a good place to be...

I’d say she was the best we could hope for. Nobody that is an A player in SCS will come near Nevro.

She's a train wreck in front of customers and her arrogance is embarassing...good luck!

X owned everything there. He ran it. Clinical had several morons that liked to think they were driving the bus , but in reality, we’re just idiots
