How do they not understand how no IC payout for 10 months since commercializations and 8 months after launch is disastrous to the moral of the team and untenable to most of the team, and so ineffectual. It's really elementary to have a rapid and lucrative launch within the first two quarters of launch, it's like they have never participated in an industry launch of any magnitude. I'd be surprised if 20% of the team isn't gone by February. It's a shame that leadership is so inexperienced and is letting Inventive screw the pooch.
