Yep, all of the financial analyst want to know why the AMAG 2019 final revenue reports have not been released?? Why is that AMAG? Do you need more time to cook the books? Do you look good in stripes or will you opt for the orange jump suit? It is very interesting to review the Wall Street insider sales activity. Tony C., Heiden, Krupp and on and on.....look at the timing of their buy and their sell activity. Fucking crooks, all of them.

Download the Yahoo Finance Ap on your phone. Search for AMAG and then go under the “conversations” tab. You can look under newest comments from investors all the way back to the oldest comments. Trouble is brewing, that’s for sure.

Easiest thing to do is just Google “AMAG Investigation”. There are several current articles announcing AMAG’s suspected stock manipulation and as soon as the JD gets a hold of it you can bet this whole company will go down. All of us will get notifications to not delete any files and anyone who has purchased stock is encouraged to call the law firms listed in the various articles.

Whoever buys AMAG will have to have really deep pockets in order to accept the inevitable long term lawsuits that will be incurred. Caligan is just a group of short term investors that was successful in a hostile take over of the board. They will slice and dice the assets and sell to the highest bidder who can take the products and exponentially grow them before patent expiration. During this process Heiden will get off Scott free because he had Tony C. “In charge”, so Tony and his close cronies will take the fall with the JD. Heiden will only get caught if he was blatantly stupid and left a small stone unturned. When the JD digs in and does a forensic review there will be no rock for any of them to hide under.
Time and time again we see this same scenario play out in Pharma company after Pharma company. I always wonder why anyone thinks that they will be the one to outsmart everyone? The Justice Department is on your trail AMAG.... it’s only a matter of time.

so are we still on track for a Q4 earnings release tomorrow or does AMAG need more time to plan the lay off announcement?

Why has there not been a Q4 earnings release yet?? What are you hiding AMAG? You are already taking heat for blatantly lying to the investors and employees for overstating previous balance sheets and lying to the FDA, customers and the entire sales team that there were production “delays” of the Makena AI.

There was an all out SHORTAGE of Makena AI and you failed to report it as such. Had you done so you know the stock price would take a bigger hit so you lied to everyone. Tony C., Kissel, Ball, the entire marketing Department, MCC and the Area Directors should all be questioned and charged accordingly. This company has been mismanaged and dishonest for years. Now the class action lawsuits from prior Malena patients should put the nail firmly in place.

A whole separate issue is that the data on the Makena study was released to home office corporate officers. Look at the timing of the insider trading from our illustrious leaders during that time..... you are all a bunch of crooks and the Justice Department should not have too much trouble following the money trail.

Martha Stewart spent several months in jail for trading stock with insider information and she only gained a mere 200K from the transaction. Heiden and his band of crooks have made millions and they should do significant jail time for it.

Ted Myles is another full fledged criminal! Hopefully the new CEO takes him out first. They fudge the books big time. There is a big cash flow problem and they are hiding it.

I’m no genius but maybe the next best strategic step is to buy a company that stores cord blood because, you know, women’s health.
