can we cut through all of the noise and now understand what is going on at NNI?

    Here's what I heard...

3,000 to be let go, but we're not telling you who until it's time

    We must cut costs

US Sales as a whole is safe

    Local decisions will be made

So, do I feel better? No!

I got the feeling that 2018 May cut more “inside” jobs, but 2019 won’t be safe for sales

The bottom line is they want us to work through the summer, or at least until they make it official and give us the 60 day notice. If you don’t think sales will be chopped, you are nuts.

We have folks coasting at 300% payout til the next POA. Do you really think they would say “US sales cuts are in the mix”? How does that benefit NNI? It’s easier to lie and say we’re good, in hopes you will keep selling.

This whole thing is BS. Welcome to Big Pharma assholes.

The whole idea of cost cutting is BS.My management colleagues in GSC People Operations have gone on a 3 night offsite to a very expensive place. So we are told that we need to cut costs by my friends down in the GSC are having a great time.It sucks.

I thought the whole reason of moving jobs to India was since it was low cost. Used to work with Accenture in my previous company and the Indians down there didn’t have all this luxury. Its NN luxury for sure.Doubt this practice exists with other companies in India.

If you think sales is safe you’ve lost your mind
