Since like only 20 people in the NAM sales force made 100% or more of goal for Q1, I guess the rest of the reps suck.
Also did you see the goals for Q2
omg like only 10 people or so will make goal in Q2.
Also I’m hearing PIPs are flying

AMEN! ...and I say this coming from someone in-house not field! Even people who were just promoted are leaving.

Ok with the 2 nam divisions combined
48/210 made goal
so 25% made goal
And 75% didn’t , and you think
that’s normal in a sales force ?

 

What’s not normal is the unrealistic goals that
Avanir is demanding the sales force obtain

PBA is an extremely small percentage of patients and now added on the burden of
The CNN story with the PBM’s not allowing
Scripts to be covered even with documentation

 

You would think being on
the market for 7 yrs insurance
coverage would get better every
year, but here with Avanir and Nuedexta
it’s the opposite it’s actually gotten
worse, dam near every script now is a pa, and hardly any insur approves a 90
day fill from cvs/Walgreens

 

I’m only at 50 percent to goal for Q2
I’m waiting for Wa’el or Aziz to call me
And put me on a PIP

 

Well then figure it out and get the numbers or GTFO!
