I’m with you. Not good when execs open a meeting talking about how they lowered the goals, then to find out we didn’t hit the lower goals, and my sales manager can’t give direction on how we are going to turn it around.
At least the sales managers can use the “new card.” Try being a West Region CAM with our micro managing BP. Has a lot to say about nothing.
