The energy and enthusiasm this year has been off the charts. But when I look around each day, I can’t help but wonder where all the naysayers and malcontents who post here are hiding? Did they even dare to show up? Are they seeing and hearing the message? Do they even get it, at all? They definitely didn’t have the courage to speak out in this crowd. Even though they never cease to have something to say, when they don’t have to own their negative comments. To that I say, speak up ou shut up. Hope this helps.

He was a rep from a California company that was purchased by Quest years ago. He has not worked at Quest in years. He writes the same things over and over. This is the way he gets his personal contact with humans, at least in his head. He loves playing as if he is an executive and most likely he gets enjoyment pretending as if he has a role in a huge corporation.
Most people who work at Quest are anything but over the top happy with the conditions and policies.
HTH will never stop posting, he has incredible anger because of circumstances behind his separation.
That is what is going on here, just pass by his comments and don't answer him anymore.

Weird. His lack of company knowledge seems to back this up. As someone pointed out, he didn't even know Quest won back the UHC contract with value-based care incentives. He indicated the terms of the UHC contract were sub-par. No one knows this because the reimbursements are based on future performance. And because of this, he mentioned that reps should work harder on getting the "pull through." People in the know never use this term. It's antiquated and suggests the terms of the Quest's UHC contract are an inducement for other business - including federal payers. I realize this is an anonymous site, but Quest can subpoena CF for his identity if this Jackass continues to misrepresent the company in a negative and potentially illegal light.

 

No they can't. CP has said many times that no identifying information is recorded with posts.
