    Why is it that TRXs are paid as pills but NBRxs only count as one prescription regardless of the amount of pills?
    A 90 day TRX is counted as 3 TRXs but a 90 day NBRx is counted as ONE NBRx. If the patient uses a Mail Order program, u get short changed.
    Three Rayaldee bottles are sold by Opko but the RSS only receives credit for ONE NBRx.

    How can you have more than one NBRx for the same patient? Are you that dumb? Please tell us that you're not serious.

    Wow, we are screwed as a company if we have people like you working here. I'm hoping this was just a joke.

    Your attitude is the problem. 90 days of drug dispensed at one time. ONE TIME NOT 1-2-3.

    We are screwed no matter what. Face it. There is a big morale problem and a culture problem that won't be fixed anytime soon.

    90 days of a TRX prescription is are also dispensed at one time and it counts as 3 TRXs. TRXs are paid on pills not scripts. Obviously, you are a manager because you don't know how your reps are paid.

    Keep getting rid of good RSS’s and we will never get there. Everyone is coasting due to Q3 and Q4 IC Plan. Do a lunch and go home. They refuse to take care of us, we wont take care of them.

    We need new leadership starting at the very top.

    Another wsy to look at it is that's 1 NBRx per RSS per month. Not good no matter how you slice it.
