HELLO CAFE PHARMA COLLEGE FOOTBALL PICKERS! Welcome to the First Week of the 2015 Season. I hope everyone has had a good Summer. I am sure all of you are ready to get this new season kicked off.

If you are new and would like to join us in making weekly pics it is very easy to play. I have some RULES listed below. Basically you underline and bold your picks before the games are played. I usually put up the point spread on Monday and Games start sometimes on Thursday Night/Friday Night/ or Saturday. It just depends on the week. Only major games are posted.

Remember this is just for fun and no real money is actually gambled. We only do this for bragging rights and good clean respectful smack talk is welcomed!

SUMMARIZED RULES:


1) Pickers must now adopt a registered name. (Now This is Mandatory)

2) During regular season play all picks will be based on the "odds" or the "point" system reported by YAHOO (SportsDirect) prior to the week's games. The "points" recognized will be the "points" displayed on posted "Pick-Em" schedule that will available for viewing 3-4 days in advance of the week's games. Should the "point" spreads change after the "Pick-Em" schedule is posted - the revised "points" shall not apply.

3) You can only edit your picks before 12:00 AM Saturday Eastern Time for Saturday Games. You cannot edit picks for games already in progress!

4) Not all NCAA Div. 1 games will make the weekly "Pick-Em" schedule. Only those major games of interest. We are going for quality here. Not quantity. Games with a 21 "point" spread or greater are highly discouraged.

5) All pickers shall show respect and courtesy toward their fellow pickers . A competitive spirit is fine. But let's keep it clean and be friends. We don't want to evolve into vitriol and mean spiritness that got the poli board shut down. Be nice to one another.

6) In the event of a board dispute on operational matters - all disputes will be resolved by the majority. There are no kings or queens on this board who have the final say. We are a democracy - and the majority rules. If the majority is only 2 people - so be it.

7) Post-season play (bowl games) shall be based on straight picks and NOT the "point" system used during regular season play.

8). PLEASE!! BOLD & UNDERLINE ALL OF YOUR PICKS!!

 

BAMA is going to be good but there is another Quarter Back Controversy this year, a starting QB still has not been announced. The Defense is going to be improved. BAMA's schedule is incredibly rough with away games at Auburn, Georgia and Texas A&M. I really don't predict the team will make it to the playoffs.

Hey your USC Trojans are getting a lot of preseason love! They are expected to have a really good year. I am looking forward to the Michigan Vs. Utah game this Thursday Night. I really think Harbaugh will turn Michigan around and quickly. I am looking forward to when the Michigan Vs. Ohio State game is close and competitive again like it should be!!

BAMABOY WEEK 1 THOUGHTS:

Thanks to everyone for playing Week 1! I was very happy to see all of you back for this season, Fucktard still has plenty of time to join us in our weekly picks for this season.

Dang Ohio State really looked good last night. I was very happy with BAMA's performance against Wisconsin. Texas looked like a dumpster fire compared to Notre Dame. I thought Michigan did well for their first game under Harbaugh. It's going to take some time to build the program up but Michigan will be back.

Texas A&M looked incredible, especially against a tough team like Arizona State. The BYU Vs. Nebraska game was incredible. Well on to Week 2!!
