With this new deal with Sun, the whole steroid team will probably get canned anyway. Good riddance to a lot of them. Not all, but a lot of them.

Of course anything can happen. REmember, we are not Ranbaxy employees. Inventiv will be out when this deal is done. Therefore, we will likely be done too. Inventiv does have a pretty good rep for placing their displaced contract reps in other contracts though. So maybe a good number of us will keep jobs.

 

What will happen to the DMs? WIll they become analysts like BB, or will they have to take a rep job somewhere else?

 

Steroid Dm's will be the first to go. DM's bring no value especially one in particular. Remember it's a InVentiv contract, therefor they will have to get in line behind everybody else at the unemployment center. It will be cut and dry! Sorry to be bear of bad news - just telling you the truth.

Half a brain and a handful of common sense. The only reason the steroid team is around was so that Andy and Ashish could keep their jobs until Absorica came back. Now that they got their precious Absorica and there is no hope for Ximino, there's no point of keeping the steroid team. They're not making money, they can't even keep them in stock.
