Need help getting started

Does anyone know of any reputable recruiters in the Las Vegas area? I am looking to go into medical device sales. I have been pursuing this for a long time, and have gotten very close to landing a job, but it is difficult. I have over 10 years hospital experience and have been successful in previous (non-medical) sales roles, but have never sold medical devices. Also, I am looking to get out into the field and gain some experience. I would be willing to “shadow” a sales representative or join a professional association, if one exists. Any info would be helpful. Thank-you in advance.
