Neos Contract

They are starting this upcoming week and will be over the next 3 weeks in waves. Everyone will be dying to Houston.

 

I meant FLYING to Houston. Not dying to Houston.

 

I heard that they are requiring a broad non-compete agreement.
That does no work for me.
I have very solid psych experience.
I do not want to be locked into a contract job with a non-compete.

 

This contract is totally bogus!

 

Why is it bogus??? The recruiters are terrible at communicating back, I do know that much!

 

Heard nothing after skype interview. The "manager" was a washed up loon. Neos should be embarrassed this is what is representing them and making the decision on who is moving forward.

 

I didnt know the managers had been hired. what area are you in?

 

Sold in ADHD for many years. This company will be a player, they have two launches in the next 18 months. Salary a little low but bonus will be very good if you can sell. Will be nice to get out of the big company BS.

 

Have you been told when face to face interview is yet?

 

Face to face will be next week and the week after. They are scheduling flights now. They are still interviewing this week for across the nation.

 

The face to face I had today was a joke. Good luck to anyone silly enough to work this POS contract.

The main question the manager asked was How much money do you make now?
Really? That's the first question?
Nothing about my background or experience?

 

They are asking that question because they don't want to waste time with someone who wants more money. As least that is what I was told when questioned about it with my Skype.

Yes panel interviews have been going on in Houston this week. They consist of one Publicis manager and two to three Neos managers. I was told this is the first of three waves of interviews The rest would be conducted in the next two weeks. There's 127 spots to be filled with away training starting early April.

 

Panel interviews? Really? What kinds of questions and how long are the interviews? Did you have to do a presentation?

 

No presentations. Interviews are about 45 minutes. Pretty much running through your resume and quite a few questions on that and a few standard sales questions.
