Nestle aligning to sell G off ???

Anyone else hear that Nestle is preparing to sell off G?

Agree!!! We pray for it. They are consumer, not a clue about pharma business.

 

How A/C? They haveno clue how to run this division either.

Yes it makes perfect sense to sell the RX assets off they are very limited for growth potential now in the US market place and no real pipeline and no real desire to buy Rx assets they need to do what they probably can do well at and that is build OTC brands and continue with the A and C business the once great Rx business is really dead and the people who built that up and made it successful are now at other companies. I would consider going over to other companies if you want to stay in the Rx space or get ready to get downsized or detail over the counter products to docs which does not have the margins nor can it pay that well.

The fact that they are pumping the brakes on hiring for empty Rx territories should tell everybody something.

 

Rx and A&C businesses will be sold, Consumer business will be plugged into Nestle Health Sciense. It sounds more logical....

looks like You have no idea. You either work in the A&C BU or have no business acumen, I hope it is the first. A&C business does not fit to the health and wellness strategy and it is quite complicated and carries potential compliance risks for Nestle....

Or would Galderma be spun off as its own company that is publicly traded and the shares that are sold are used to pay off Nestle?
