    That is too good an outcome for it to be allowed to happen. Nestle would definitely want Pharma to come along for the ride.

    Nestle' dumped us because of the liability we bring. But nice try.

    Nestle dumped us to focus on their core competency, which is food. Just like Novartis took Pharma from us, because that is their core competency. The profit margins in Vision Care are too low, and they hate Surgical customers because of their ridiculous demands. Out of all our franchises, only Pharma lived in the space where Novartis really wants to compete.

    It's the only space where Novartis knows how to compete. Completely incompetent in VC or Surgical.
