Amgen drug results in total blockade of cgrp, a potent CV vasodilator. Blocking cardio protective effects will result in higher CV events. BAD for Amgen. Less migraine... 2 less migraine days s month BUT will likely increase Heart Attacks/stroke.

Google what Neuro thought leaders had to say re total cgrp blockade.

Lilly , Teva , Alder drugs will all win.

Sorry you didn't get moved forward. The neuros are super excited for this. Perhaps another company will hire you.

    Worried already...?
You should be. HCPs will Avoid drugs with potential safety concerns when there are other options.

My Neuros already know all about your Risk and are not going to touch it when alternatives arrive.

Don't take my word for it...I am taking my Customers word for it and you can take The Neuro thought leaders word for it... just Google.

This issue is a class effect and will the drug to specialist not the general population mass market that Amgen expects. Amgen, Teva, Lilly, and Adler will have the same issue. The market for this drug will be small just like PCSK9s.

You need to stop. You are just disgruntled as you are not being moved forward to the hiring event. Move on.

I have googled and found nothing written by your thought leaders. I bet if there is an issue with one, there will be an issue with all. Master thought leader what should i be googling?

I sent an email to the manager and asked if I could have a job. He also extended an offer and said there was no reason to meet or even look at my resume. I am special, just like you. Also, full of shit, just like you.

Luckily you are partnering with Novartis. Their reps are experts in selling a Neurology drug with unintended cardiac side effects.

I did my Phone screen with recruiter and the Phone screen / interview with the Hiring Mgr. Then the face to face. UGH! I hate the waiting game. Anyone hear about moving on to Dallas?

Amgen drug MOA is different than Lilly, Alder and Teva. That is the CV RISK problem with Amgen drug.

Ask any Neuro clinical expert at one of the Neuro conferences about potential physiological impact of Total Cgrp blockade.
They will be more than happy to explain it to you...

Would stay far away from this mess. No leadership in neuro. No neuro experience. Novartis will be the lead on everything. Mirror territories and POD selling. Not knowing what is true CNS sales. Drug that may be first to market but is clearly inferior to other CGRP drugs coming to fruition. You have been warned.

I googled too. I saw nothing at all. Excellent safety profile. That poster didn't get moved forward so is very bitter.

They even looked at patients who had heart disease Cray Cray I also checked out Lilly's product and they also looked at heart issues, so if there is an issue it will be a class effect.

Ask your Neuro customers what can happen with total cgrp blockade.
Oh, oh,... Happy Learned how to putt.
See you at the Waterbury Open.

going to be an Uno Biggo problemo for Amgen. No long term CV safety study...

Why not ask a Cardiologist? Neuros are afraid of their own shadow.
