Spoke with a recruiter. $60k base, $20k bonus, company car. The Associate role is an assistant to a Sales Rep, it is not a direct Sales Rep role. There is B2B selling involved and the associate helps set up appointments, deliver sales presentations, helps the sales rep achieve goals.
