    This is a FACT!

    No BS!

Bayer senior management has now asked that no new rep vacancies to be filled in Neurology for the time being moving forward.

Another indication that layoffs may be in the horizon for Neurology.

I am sure Foley will comment saying speculation as he has to other posts on other threads lol.

    Start interviewing NOW!

There is a training class at the end of June. So why do you think that there is a hiring freeze?

June training class is for reps that were hired 2-3 months ago.

The hiring freeze is for any new rep openings that may come up moving forward.

There are three or four openings out west that have been open for weeks. Foley tool district q2 that they would have temp manager from q1, he said won't be long he was in middle of interviewing. That was month ago.

Seems like they would cancel the June class if there was a hiring freeze.

    WTF?

If you are already hired and going to June training you are already part of the company.

Hiring freeze applies to anyone to be hired moving forward and nothing to do with new hires who are already hired.

By the way the Betaseron training nurses were all terminated today.

So keep drinking the Koolaid that everything is PERFECT!

I agree that layoffs are coming. I know of people that have been laid off during training. I think layoffs will be soon. Just surprised that they will do the June training class.

Syneos reps only get their last paycheck and remaining PTO.

Bayer reps get 2 wks per year of service and remaining PTO.

    There is none.

Only warn period Mike Foley cares about is called a verbal warning you will be put on a PIP and 30 days to be on a PIP so you will be fired so you won't get a severance.

There are many Bayer Neurology reps that are going through this right now.
