Useless. Another job that will be eliminated within a year. They don't do anything that a ABS doesn't or cannot do.
If you are a lazy piece of crap and want to get paid a great salary for doing nothing, this is the job for you! If you are a REAL salesperson and expect to get compensated for closing big accounts, don't bother because they won't pay what is owed...
This is a position for older reps who won't get promoted; it's a lateral. I have seen numbers actually go down in all territories once the KAS came on board. Draw your own conclusions.
both the KAS and KAM reps will do the same thing. Have you help them get in the account then go in once or twice an take credit for your years of hard work. Or worse say you hadn’t been doing enough.
That seems to be the formula. I don't know what they are thinking but just ride it out. Things change around here so fast.
