New 2018 Bonus Plan

What a joke of a plan.

 

Guess we will just be working for base salary from now on........

 

The entire company will. This tells you where we are headed. They don't care to pay or maybe cannot afford it, either way, this place is toast.

 

Oh come on now. Look at the success of Respiclick and the free coupon.

 

The 2018 Bonus Plan is not for the sales force. This is the plan for home office and some of the shared services. We have already seen our IC targets for 2018 at the NFM.

 

Seriously, how stupid are you people that you don't read the bottom of the plan that clearly states that sales isn't included?

 

It is March. The sales force does not know what their IC plan is? Are we all working or not? It probably isn’t going to end well.
