Why keep BN?? The guy is responsible for demoralizing the sales team resulting in at least a 3-4% drop in sales due to his Stand Together strategy - nothing but a distraction for the Empi team. The only headwinds DJO faces is the hot air blowing out of the arrogant senior mangement team - good riddance to those that are gone though there is still a stiff breeze blowin'

Oh, the folks here with Ossur are so scared of your new transition! We think you may make a comeback! We are nervous!

Puhleeze. djo was a great company... back before it was purchased by S&N and thousand years ago. Oh, the gimmick reaction brace is pretty scary. It doesnt do anything except break at the hinge. Oooops, I let that out.

Seriously, you guys are so old. The docs who care about innovation and quality are all looking towards Ossur these days. Sorry.

All levels of DJO have dead weight. Poor revenue performance is owned by every division. AVPS, RDS and TMs there is plenty of folks not pulling their weight. changes will continue at all levels.

He is not related to the past Chairman John Brown. He was a top sales rep for Stryker Medical and climbed to the top job as Group President of Ortho, Trauma, & Joint Preservation. A good man, great leader!!!

You are dead WRONG!! One of the best kept secrets at Stryker...he is absolutely related to John Brown. And by the way, maybe you should check with Stryker H.R., he was barely in sales, spent most of his early years in marketing. And even then, had a very short career before being promoted.

who cares if he was related or not. lucky him if he is, we all wish we were related to people that could put us at the top, but when he was there he was successful so I hope he can do the same here! So far so good got rid of most of the dead weight. I hope he is still going to trim down middle management and managed care!!!

Managed Care very lean already. coverage is strong for DJO products Needs to get rid of the TMs who could not sell a free house to a homeless person.

If it was nt for Roberts and his team, you would not have revenue coming in the door. They battle the road blocks that managed care places on a daily basis. Know the business or shut your pie hole. Moron.

Boy I sure hope this was not Roberts that wrote this post it seems so childish. Ed might be great but his team isn't., amd as far as no revenue in the door without him I suppose although I doubt it. There certainly was more revenue in the door before he walked through it?

Ossur huh? Isn't that team a bunch of disgruntled old DJO execs who got caught surfing porn rather than doing their job? Just sayin'...

This may be the only exit strategy...Blackstone has never had a company file for bankruptcy during its ownership. There is no more room to refi the debt down again...with the Dr. Comfort acquistion and cash on hand....look for this move sooner versus later.

And now the COO is gone. Pretty soon there will only be one executive left, Blackstone selection Mike Mogul.

As long as RS management is a joke there will be no change in the managed care team because unfortunately they are not smart enough to see the problem with managed care along with all the other easily fixed problems

I am in Sales and we have a lot of insurance coverage for our key products. Dont understand the posts on managed care. We have opportunity to sell with a high level of covered lives. Operations issues maybe but we have plenty of contracts and coverage with almost all major payors.
