New Derm Launches

Seeing a lot of negativity on this board, so want to give update on launches as I have access to Rx data. Bryhalis rocketed to 1200/wk and continues upward trajectory. Altreno slower to 600/wk. Siliq hit 300/wk, averaging about 250 a week vs 175ish in q4 so definitely growing.

I was making $40k a quarter. What’s the bonus pay out like now?

 

Company average is right around the $12-$15k mark

 

$40k = ridiculously overpaid
$15k = overpaid

Why is 40K ridiculously overpaid?
When you sell the shit out of a product you should get paid, period!!
When you don't sell well you get $3-$5K! Sales is Sales!!

I’m OK. I’ve also had a real sales job and know the difference between recommending and hoping vs. getting a name on a dotted line. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great gig. But I’m not deluded enough to think it’s going to last.
