to all the nay-sayers and peeps who are misinformed on Elanco; As a new employee I can tell you this company's culture, products, and rewards are really top-notch. If I had listened to all the negative rumors I too would have been misinformed. I am glad the people at this organization are humble and stay positive. I now know why so many of the Elanco sales employees stay modest and keep to themselves. I am so very thrilled to have hired on in this time of acquisiton and growth. While other companies are unloading their Animal Health Divisions Elanco continues to acquire, expand and innovate. If you were not picked up to be employed by Elanco this time try again! Its definitely worth it! products, pay, benefits, culture, perks are best kept secret in the industry.
thats the funniest story I've read in a LONG time! Holler back in 90 days when you see their Q1 results and see how many people have been "reallocated". You don't know how to compete, you can't acquire any more, and your portfolio is old as dirt. Once another monensin hits the market another building will close in Greenfield.
Elanco is the only major animal health company to actually lose sales in 2016 versus 2015 (1%). That's following a horrible 2015 that loss another 8%. Culture does not pay share-holders or the bills, which is why there will 700 fewer Elanco employees by year's end.

poor wittle jeffy and his minions can't understand why people are so mean. hey jeff, this is what you get when you get rid of hard nosed talent that actually wants to runs an effective business. This is what you get when you have a sales force that can't sell a darn thing but knows how to erode price fast. And it's not done yet, your sales and profits will continue to decline. Maybe those "relationships" the minions claim they have aren't as strong as they think.
